Unearthing Green Burial from Its Obscurity

It seems fitting that my first editorial feature for Atlas Obscura should be during their "Underground Week"—and about cemeteries and burial practices.



I'm not squeamish about such things. After all, we're all future corpses. None of us are getting out of here alive.

And there are ways to make the whole process less clinical and less chemical.
